Add GTK2 support to Yaru-Blue-Dark #1

Hi there, As of Dec 19th 2018, a GTK2 version of the Yaru-Dark theme has been merged into the official Yaru repository: https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/pull/852

Is it possible that you are able to support this on the dark theme now also, by changing the accents from orange to blue as you did with the light Yaru-Blue version's GTK2 theme?
