Added Proxy Support
Added handling of both displayname and customKeyIdentifier for app secrets

thank you for your pull request :)

I just commit a change for the "AppSecrets" Script with Proxy Options, could you test if this is also working for you? Sadly I don´t know how to edit pull request, thats why I pushed the changes directly.
