Fixed by turning off my VPN. What could be the issue here? This is something that just started happening

Well, this looks like an external problem. My guess is that https://api.varden.info/ blocks VPN access. I'm not yet sure how to handle this in mod director, because I kind of don't want the mod to be able to ignore the stopmodreposts database.

Closing since no further reports have come in. I think for now this behavior is acceptable, unless it causes further issues.
