UI for managing Config API configuration properties #8598

Need UI to mange Config API configuration properties in line with Jans Auth-Server configuration properties Endpoint [/api/v1/api-config

Check swagger spec for details:

Do not allow update of following fields:

apiProtectionType
apiClientId
apiClientPassword
endpointInjectionEnabled
authIssuerUrl
authOpenidConfigurationUrl
authOpenidIntrospectionUrl
authOpenidTokenUrl
authOpenidRevokeUrl
exclusiveAuthScopes
corsConfigurationFilters
serviceName

@pujavs @duttarnab Is this a request to add UI screens to admin UI? If so, this issue should be closed in Jans repo and reopened in Flex repo.

@ossdhaval this is applicable for for both TUI and admin-ui and hence assigned to @devrimyatar and @duttarnab Will keep this for TUI. I have open another in Flex repo for admin-ui Issue 1779
