Instrument with Micrometer #4190

Describe the feature: I'm a co-maintainer of the Micrometer project (together with @shakuzen and @jonatan-ivanov). We have an old feature request to add support for JanusGraph. Would there be any interest in adding the instrumentation of this project using Micrometer?

I think the issue in Micrometer is not about adding a MeterRegistry / using JanusGraph as a backend (I'm not sure that would make sense since JanusGraph is a graph database) but about instrumenting JanusGraph, i.e.: using the Observation API.
