This performs the update from Dependabot's PR #4452 manually as Dependabot for some reason thinks that this update is for some reason no longer possible.

The update includes (copied from Dependabot's description):

What are the conf_tmp files? Are they used for anything?

Oops, good that you've reviewed this. No, I just had these files in my working directoy while testing out something completely unrelated. Then I forgot to delete them and apparently added them by accident to this commit. I'll edit the commit to remove these two files again.
