Adding tags overwrites attributes (when added via the item popup) #1096

Right now an empty attributes property is sent to the server when tags are edited on production.

It looks like attributes are in use in our modal view even though they are not included in the request. So when they are referenced within var/www/jda/web/js/app/views/fancybox/jda.view.fancybox._fancybox:187 that reference is empty.
