Location information missing #45

We're giving a map co-ordinate, but no longer saying where the meeting will be, e.g. first floor meeting room in ELSI-1 building on the Tokyo Institute of Technology campus. If we didn't want to put back the section that does that, we could maybe just say explicitly where the meeting is being held in the 'about' text and link to ELSI's access page on their website.
