As a Developer, I can set up the project environment so that I can begin coding efficiently.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] The development environment is successfully configured on my local machine or cloud environment.
[x] All necessary dependencies and tools are installed and properly configured.
[x] A test project is created to ensure that the environment is functioning correctly.

Tasks

[x] Install necessary development tools and software.
[x] Configure project settings such as version control and IDE preferences.
[x] Create a simple test project to verify the functionality of the development environment.
