US: Filter by Genre #31

"As a book collection user, I can filter books by genre so that I can easily find books within my preferred genre."

Acceptance Criteria

[x] The user can select a genre from a list of available genres.
[ ] The book collection updates to display only books that match the selected genre.
[ ] The user can clear the genre filter to view all books again.

Tasks

[ ] Implement a dropdown or checkbox list for genre selection.
[ ] Develop a filtering mechanism that updates the book collection based on the selected genre.
[ ] Ensure the filtering mechanism is responsive and accessible.
[ ] Add a clear filter option to allow users to reset the genre filter.
