US: Upload a Profile Picture #33

As a user I want to upload a profile picture so that my profile is easily recognizable and more personalized.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Users can upload and remove a profile picture from their device within the profile settings.
[ ] The system supports common image formats (e.g., JPG, PNG) for the profile picture.
[ ] The uploaded profile picture is displayed on the user's profile immediately after upload.

Tasks

[ ] Implement an upload button and functionality in the profile settings for profile pictures.
[ ] Validate the image format and size during the upload process.
[ ] Update the user's profile with the new picture immediately after successful upload.
