Install of HiveMind-voice-sat on Raspberry PI 3B+

Using pip install git+https://github.com/JarbasHiveMind/HiveMind-voice-sat, received the following message.

OS - Fresh install of 2023-10-10-raspios-bookworm-arm64-lite with WM8960-Audio-HAT (git clone https://github.com/waveshare/WM8960-Audio-HAT)

Sorry - Too quick of the mark. Further investigation suggested cause could be network issue. Retired and it work without any problems
