[BUG] d2fps v1.0.2 & Project Diablo 2 - Multiple casts occur in quick succession when casting a "quick-cast" skill

Hi! Love the work. d2fps is nothing short of a miracle!

I play Project Diablo 2 single player and have incorporated d2fps into PD2's default d2gl installation.

Now, I have "quick cast" enabled in PD2, which mimic D2R's capabilities.

I have noticed that when I cast a quick cast skill using my keyboard, the skill will cast multiple times in quick succession.
When not in motion, it sometimes works correctly (i.e. cast a skill while stationary).
Not only do skills cast multiple times, skill internal cooldowns are ignored (i.e. PD2's Valkyrie 1 second cooldown).
The only way to "cancel" multiple casts is to click my left/right mouse button skills.
Skills assigned to left/right mouse buttons do not suffer the same issues. This is solely a quick cast issue.

I have verified that it still happens with motion smoothing disabled in d2fps.ini.

Already a known compat issue with the frame limiter. You can manually set the frame rate higher and rely on vsync to limit it.
