I found four mistakes in the G2Z CAD data. 1-11x8x0.5mm shim:3 not in kit or manual. 2-[a] stepper_plate_left x2 and [a] stepper_plate_right x2 One of the FHCS holes is misaligned. 3-stepper_mount_left x2 and stepper_mount_right x2 Bearing holes are misaligned. 4-belt pulley is not positioned directly below the Z idler.

I found four mistakes in the G2Z CAD data.

1-11x8x0.5mm shim:3

not in kit or manual.

2-[a] stepper_plate_left x2 and [a] stepper_plate_right x2

One of the FHCS holes is misaligned.

3-stepper_mount_left x2 and stepper_mount_right x2

Bearing holes are misaligned.

4-belt pulley is not positioned directly below the Z idler.

On #1, the shims are included in the kit, and are referenced in the G2ZXL assembly video on YouTube that I published: https://youtu.be/gMyrgw0afQ4?si=ET4jQBJsaEQ9v71Z

The manual needs to be updated still for G2Z and G2ZXL.

I'll take a look at 2 and 3; Fusion360 has a habit of compounding calculation errors when direct modeling, so it may be slightly off due to that.

On #4, I'll double check alignment here as well, but the pulleys on both top and bottom are 10mm wide with a 9mm wide belt, so some slight misalignment won't cause issues so long as the belt can self-center top to bottom.

I'll report back when I get a chance to look at it!
