Server\client should handle disconnections gracefully #95

At times, the server and the client (when experiencing a disconnect) will 
not disconnect gracefully.  The user should not see all of the exception 
data and the user should be able to recover from the disconnect.

These issues are sporadic and can wait for a future version release.
