Documentation permission settings absent from my account page. #17

When the documentation table and associated views and permissions were added, 
the add, edit, and delete permissions were not added to the my account page.  
This is not a major bug because these can not be edited and are only made 
available to indicate to the user their allowed permissions.

This is not a major change, but it is also not high priority.
