As the database grows larger and larger, searching for records becomes 
increasingly expensive and the number of results returned should be limited and 
pagination should be implemented.

Search results should be limited to searching only receipts or only line items. 
 The number of results displayed should be limited and pagination will reduce 
the number of queries required to display a single page.
