ui-01: first stab at the 0.1.0 implementation #16

Created the following changes:

Client side components: Map, SlidePanel, SearchBar, TweetPopup
Implementing sliding panel using Snap.js
Using Bootstrap for UI + custom LESS converted to CSS
Adding ability to click on the heatmap, marking a region
Ability to display texts which belong to the selected marked region
Highlighting of the searched query within the texts
Basic settings in the SlidePanel
Jade template redesign
Lots of other code changes and improvements
