Add support for generating FP trees and running FP Growth algorithms to generate frequent itemsets

[ ] Design FP tree struct
[ ] handle conversion from Transactions object to FP tree (inplace conversion?)
[ ] implement mining algorithm (multithreading?)
[ ] write tests (compare to packages in other languages)
[ ] write documentation
