Add ability to update password and email, and delete account

1. update/reset password - will send authentication to email, and link from the email back to the site to a form to reset password
2. change username - can change username if logged in, add a setting tab on user dashboard
3. change email - same as above, they must verify new email
4. delete user - same as above
