Get the segmented .wav file lengths to input into the overall xmax position of the TextGrid
Input the segment text into the 'utterance' tier text
Implement the non-native-word-level interval tier

Needs xmin and xmax for all non-Yupik words
Also needs intermediary text between non-Yupik words, time-aligned

Implement the native-word-level interval tier

Needs xmin and xmax for all Yupik words / morphemes / segments
Also needs intermediary text

Implement the phone-level interval tier from .lab files from Festival
