Move hardcoded items AP_Item_<id> to pre initialization #44

Currently CreateSchematicBoundToItemId is called during game initalization phase, but all uses data is hardcoded so it could be handled through normal Schematic registrations like on the RootGameWorld using actual BP schematics or through generated content lib jsons
