Making the OptionList visable on the normal settings page is being worked on outside the scope of this project Discord thread: https://discord.com/channels/731205301247803413/1184948942316765234 branch: https://github.com/ArchipelagoMW/Archipelago/tree/option-groups

My recommendation is to keep it as it is for now and wait for this to be released somewhere eventually
