Consider renaming traps to start with "Trap: " #60

Is the AP precedent to reveal or conceal that things are traps?

in ap, trap items are useally named something trap we could do trap: something as that fits our item names style better

item names should not hide that a thing is a trap, but ingame presentations could make traps show up as other usefull items
