Add Trapped Chests Flag and Settings

• Adds trapped chests flag, which adds empty chests to the filler pool
• Available traps for empty chests can be set in Settings
• Current available traps are Sparrow, Chaos, Neurotoxin, and Poison, and can be expanded later
• If no traps are enabled in settings, the empty chests will simply be empty, no action

For potential AP traps integration in the future, it should be possible to call TrapManager directly as needed.
