Reorganize Tracker #146

  1. Moves Elevator keycard to the front of the keycard list, so that in two-row view it is the last icon of the first row when all tracker items are enabled
    • This prevents the lettered keycards from being disjointed from each other in two row mode
    • No other items that are currently after the keycards on the tracker are solo items that are not optional
      • The other ones being the fire source and pink orb trackers, which are logical to keep grouped
  2. Unify whitespace to tabs in this file, as it was the current majority along lines
