Failed to initialize properly #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install 32 bit version
2.Use provided shortcut to start program
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - Run the program.  What I saw - 'The application failed to initialize 
properly (0xc0150002).  Click on OK to terminate the application.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
32 bit Windows version.  OS is Win XP Professional

Please provide any additional information like screenshot and log.txt
below.
