What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the .exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 Fatal Error: WoW Model Viewer does not support your version of WoW. Please
update your World of Warcraft client!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WMV_Installer_v0701_r133_Win64.msi"   windows 7 ultimate 64

Warcraft\Data\ ?
