Updating the readme regarding Linux installation and use #112

Hello @JarodMica! After struggling for some time with the Docker installation and launch, I've gone ahead and taken the liberty to update the readme with a few more instructions in this regard. I think it would save time to the future new Linux users rather than having to go through the issues. I'll let you judge whether you think this new addition is worth it :)

It's the first merge request of my life so I hope I'm doing it right! I wanted to start with something small so I could learn how to do it.

One note, when installing the nvidia docker stuff, I fonud I had to set no-cgroups to false. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72932940/failed-to-initialize-nvml-unknown-error-in-docker-after-few-hours
