All options not showing like bullet list #120

I tried it into the Asp.Net MVC application

i just tried it once, it didn't show me all options
like bullet list icon not showing
left align, right align, center icons not showing.

any thing m missing??

Most elements are turned off/invisible by default, you'll have set their visible
attribute to true in the jquery.wysiwyg.js file.
