Tuning Attributes Log #34

Make sure attributes log file isn't deleted, and allow for scores to be recalculated if user changes the attribute weights. Potentially don't keep all images from simulations after they have been measured to avoid slowdowns.

Added the ability to recalculate scores using stored attributes, images during tuning are no longer stored to save on processing and storage
