The function doctable 'returns' member will now be an array of doctables, much like 'params'.
If the function has no return constraints, 'returns' will be one element long and will have a typemask of 'vararg' (so ... is the default return typemask).
The \returns command can take a 1-based index, like \returns[1], which indicates which return value the docs are for. If none is given, defaults to the first return value. This is analogous to the \param[name] syntax.
