notebook about Vega F1550C does not run #10

Hi Jarron, this is eric, from the high contrast ERS. trying to use webbpsf_ext to make HD141569 models, but first trying examples notebooks :

File Vega/Vega_F1550Csc.fits is missing to be able to run MIRI_FQPM1550_Vega notebook.
