Describe why this would be a good addition to HighLife I Think it will be a good in the city because people love to ride around on them with there friends irl and now they can do it in highlife.

Is the vehicle high quality? If so, have you tested to confirm this? no i have not

Is the vehicle GTA lore related? [Yes/No]No
