EMS PROBLEM #1447

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, I think the server needs more active EMS, this has to do with the fact that I already stated in my other thread ( #1445 ) that most of them are running in the highways to treat people who die from accidents that they could have survived if they were wearing a seat belt. Obviously, there are more factors to why there are no active EMS but I think that this one of the most obvious ones.

Describe the feature you'd like Maybe increase the payment of the EMS or hire more. You could even add my idea #1445 but I don't really care whatever you do if it's gonna fix the problem.

Describe alternatives you've considered Wearing my seat belt but apparently I have Alzheimer's.

Additional context Sorry for my poor English but I live in the middle of nowhere (Cyprus).

I agree with ATOM2855 the pay for ems for a cadet is 1k and it's perfect for what we do I did when I originally thought about the problem myself though well they need to either make joining the ems easier and make the new members learn more or make them have nesscerry hours so on but what I have learnt from joining ems and wanting to learn how it is such a problem is that its some people don't seem to actually put any effort into their application or don't seem to have an interest in helping people, as well as most of the ems, being 17+ or over (i said most not all) its harder for them to keep interested same for most ages give or take

EMS is fine at the moment, just value your life and don't die, we don't need to up EMS pay, if you are EMS, you don't do it for money

Alright then another suggestion is maybe reduce the respawn time from 10 minutes to 5 minutes

10 minutes is perfect, it's a great balance. If anything increase it 😉 understand shit happens that you have no control of but other than that value your life, simple.

Sometimes deaths are just random. Like seriously, 4 hours ago I tried getting my car from insurance and it spawned under the map but nothing and obviously admins are not 24/7 available.

Lowering the respawn time doesn't make sense, less time means more people not valuing their life when they should.

Maybe instead of asking for more ems, you should be recording these "Random issues" and reporting them to Github.

As Randell said, 10 minutes is fine, and you should be valuing your life/not doing dumb stuff to cause the bleed out state.
