Describe the current reason for this balance request [A clear and concise description of what currently happens and why this is unfair/unbalanced. ] I feel like the new fishing meta is good but it's also a bit unbalanced because you can get sharks with fish bait I would say shark would eat fish and you need fish to get sharks and it will make it a lot harder to know some sort and locations to sell that type of stuff and the meat and you also need more info Describe the solution you'd like [A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.] I would say you need a hunting knife and cut up some fish to get the illegal fish so it makes it harder and a bit more challenging I would say and it will also be a nerve but also above for the illegal fishing also have some life guards to patrol the ocean so people are up to no good and stuff like that and also customizer bility for your boat would be nice as well. it will also bring a lot more whitelisted jobs and a lot more people can enjoy the servers and jobs

Additional context [Add any other context or screenshots about the balance request here.] I feel like sharks wouldn't eat fish baits like worms are stuff like that they would eat more like catfish orcas fish or something like that and you need to cut it up to get and that's how the white listed jobs come into play they can search your folks if they find you suspicious of selling illegal fishes and give you a fine but not too much
