the absolute worst fiveM server. #2275

2 weeks ago i joined highlife for the first time ever, since my friends said it was a good server i thought id give it a try. Starting off from the first day i flew trough the ground and the server was crashing 24/7, the police didnt give a shit if i ran a redlight or if i was speeding and more. I started working in hopes of buying my first car, well my first run for g6 i ran out of gas and couldnt refill at gas station for some reason. Atleast 7 days in on the server now and the server was still crashing 24/7 i couldnt earn any money because of the gas thing for g6 so i tried rons. Well well i delivered my last delivery and headed back to ron, when i got to rons and jumped out of my truck it fucking blew up so i died and didnt get any cash, there goes 6-7k. Now 2 weeks in and my friend gets banned for accidentaly crashing in to an officer according to him and even though he had shadowplay and shit from the whole event the only thing they said to him when he was trying to ask for forgiveness and explaine the whole thing was that they cant do anything or something like that. so my experience from this server has not been good at all and i would not recommend to anyone 0/10. if someone reads this please get your shit together.

I appreciate your experience perhaps hasn’t been the best so far, but I’d encourage you to persist here. We’ve got a really nice community of people here once you get in and amongst it. Perhaps try getting into a whitelist job, that often allows people to make some friends and get into the community a bit more.

As for your friend’s situation with the police, he’s either flat out lied to you or, you’re both manipulating and lying about the events of a couple of hours ago for the sake of the post having greater impact. I was one of the three officers involved, and the way your friend says it happened couldn’t be further from the truth. More than happy to explain to you what actually happened here or in PMs if you’re interested about the other side of the story.

Like I said though, would really encourage you to stick with us and get involved!

because the way i see it something was either wrong with his mic or the server so why dont hear him out and give him his stuff back

I’ll try and not turn this into a massive post.

Myself and 2 other Officers got calls of attempted vehicle thefts and drug dealing. We go to the area, your friend’s car pulls out of the alleyway so we follow. Run the plate, stolen. We wait until he’s stopped at a red light then jump out, have him at gunpoint, he’s drives off like nothing happened. 1 block down, same again, stops, got him at gunpoint for a period of time, off he goes. Then there’s some weird sort of ramming goes on I think. Continue chasing, he slams on his brakes, we hit the rear of his car and he flies out the windshield and goes down. It’s at this point he begins talking a little bit of shit, saying “is that how we do it here? Just ram people out their car” which is odd given he brake checked us and didn’t put his seatbelt on. Made no attempt to act or RP injured, was just pure salt. Moved to “I’m just going to go and find another city” at which point I felt there was no point continuing with this person, he was providing nothing in that situation and through his own wording didn’t appear as if he wanted to provide anything going forward either.

So, he had some pretty poor RP, essentially spoke OOC or at best borderline and then pretty much said he wasn’t going to RP here anymore.
