New "feature/rule": Character Kill #288

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No.

Describe the feature you'd like So, anybody who played SA:MP Hard-RP or so, knows what CK (Character Kill) means. Basically, if you are part of a gang lets say, and you snitch on the gang or exit the gang, the gang has full rights to kill you. But this is a Character Kill, and you have to change your name. Basically, it is what the system on Whitelist is. So then why am I suggesting this, if it exists on whitelist already? Because we need it on all the servers. And not as an implemented system. If the gang member that snitched / left the gang decides not to play on whitelist anymore just to avoid getting morgued and have his name changed, then we can't CK him. It is not roleplay just to kill him and "say that you forgot everything about the gang" but still have the same name. Eventually, the player could gather evidence like a proof with the reason why he needs to CK player X, then after he kills him and an admin is online, he could forceregister him after EMS morgues him (OR NOT, if EMS is not online). If admins are not online, they could forceregister him the next time any of them sees him online.

Describe alternatives you've considered Killing the player on Whitelist, but if he is not whitelisted or doesnt play on the whitelist server for that reason, just to avoid getting his name changed, is not RP.

Additional context Also, this CK thing could be more useful than that. Imagine a police chase that takes around 30-60 mins. Then after the suspect smashes his car, he gets out of the car and starts shooting. He dies, gets morgued (not on WL), and escapes with 0 money lost, just some items and a car maybe. If this thing happens, CK could be used on the suspect. This way, maybe he would preffer to roleplay alive and keep his name, and value his life more => more RP.

Mmmm... i remember it used to be a thing on SA:MP but may be an issue here, people will complain about getting a full character wipe if you understand, seems not 100% fair to anyone as could be abused. On the other side could look cool on WL, about the police part maybe if a suspect is highly wanted and reached towards "Most wanted" or someshit. I think that a name change on WL is enough if you ask me, maybe lose a 100k from or less idk about this one.

ONE MORE THING:

Life prison for most wanted suspects which acts like CK. Basically, if the suspect is either caught and arrested => lifeprison ; or killed in shootout with police => CK. (for whitelist)

Regarding all the other servers, the admins would decide if the player recieves a CK or not since they are the one who use forceregister, so it wouldn't be abused in my opinion.. Basically the CK would be taken in consideration only if somebody asks for it, otherwise it's a simple kill (PK, player kill).

the admins would decide

Great, even more work for admins that have to already deal with 348273895 other things on a daily basis.

Well yes, they would have to decide. The player would give a short explanation of the reason why they want to CK player X, and eventually some witnesses that agree with that or a short video/photo. That’s all. Back in my SA:MP says CKs weren’t that often.

Simply knowing the feature/rule is there would make players value life more in the police chasings, for example. And speaking of gang/mafia CKs, these are pretty rare as well.. they don’t get a member to leave/snitch daily, or stuff like that..

Also, you could let helpers decide, for example, since they know RP and have more time than admins, and probably would agree to do it. ^_^

Closing as I believe this should already be handled within RP.
