Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. [A clear and concise description of what the problem is. A problem that I ran into just recently that didn't make much sense to me was this. I was arrested on the pier for being suspected of selling drugs coke to be specific, and was promptly searched and had the single bag of coke taken along with my phone and gun which was legally owned. that all seemed fine to me and after that I was fined and jailed (this was actually a first time being jailed for me hence this realization) after getting out I had none of my items and was stranded there at the jail with no way to get back into the city. (in real life ususally the prisoner gets their possessions back) this seemed insane to me that I wasn't given back any of my items, I understand that with some crimes your phone may be taken as evidence which in the case of my crime which was possession of cocaine that would make sense. the problem occurs in other crimes like just speeding and the FEA the same treatment is applied and they would have all of their possessions taken as well which doesn't make sense. so the main issue is that having all of your things taken un reasonably doesn't make sense obviously there are exceptions. if someone who committed a crime is just kicked out of jail with nothing to their name and expected to just find a way to figure it out I don't think that makes a whole lot of sense. ]

Include any documents, mock-ups or anything else related to implementing your idea if possible. my solution to this is simply either code that would not take your items or an actual act of leaving the prison instead of being teleported and then having a box with all of your things that you were allowed to keep. that is only one option, you could keep the same code and have the criminal lose all of their things but give them a way to either get back into the city with like a bike store or a payphone that can be used to call someone so they don't have to run 4 miles back into the city.]
