Customisation - Quads #326

Describe the feature you'd like As far as I know, you can buy Quads but not customise them. On GTA Online you can take them into LSC, change rims, paint and upgrade them. It would be great if we could do that in HLRP.

Nothing was changed to explicitly block customising these vehicles, unknown issue at this time, if any.
