The packer stopping in place when reaching high speeds #3954

Describe the bug The packer from RS Trucking starts stopping in place when reaching speeds of 80-90mph

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'RS Trucking'
  2. Do 'Start shift'
  3. And also do 'Start driving around with speeds of 80-90mph'
  4. See error ' The vehilce stops in place and drops you out of the vehicle when you don't have your seatbelt on

Expected Behaviour The vehicle should continue driving until it reaches its max speed and if it does it should keep it and not just stop in place

Additional context Only encountered this with the packer on RS Trucking the RON one seems to be fine by what I have tried

Not a clue what this behavior is.

Would maybe advise not going anywhere near those speeds?
