[CHOPSHOP] Unable to chop task vehicle #3956

Describe the bug I had Prairie as my chopshop vehicle (task taken from Sandy). Tried to chop it, was unable to.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to chop shop, get task
  2. Get Prairie(?), even though it's probably random
  3. See message showing below:

Additional context Could it be that I tried to chop my DMV vehicle? Having seatbelt off did me dirty and I failed my test, so I decided to might as well chop it in revenge and make some bread.
