Infinite Loading #3999

Describe the bug Hello, tried connecting lot of times in different timezones yesterday and today to test the stated fix here (https://github.com/Jarrrk/HighLife/issues/3910), unfortunately, the problem still persists and the infinite loading bug still happens with rare successful log ins here and there.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Connect to the server
  2. Wait for it to load to 100%
  3. Game infinitely loads

Expected Behaviour Being able to connect to the server

[ 150609] [ FiveM] 13112/ Couldn't query ShadowPlay status from NvNode, bailing out.

Try disabling shadowplay?
