Seatbelt vehicle exit bug #4117

Describe the bug When you want to get out of the car you can click the seatbelt button and right after you get to step out of the car instantly even before the seatbelt sound is done. There has been a bug report of this last week i believe where it was looked at and resolved but it is still a problem today.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have seatbelt on When wanting to get out click the "unbuckle key" and quickly after click the "get out of car" key Getting out of car instantly without having to wait for the seatbelt

Expected Behaviour First being able to get out of the car after the seatbelt is done unbuckling.

Cannot reproduce? I believe this was fixed recently, please reopen if not.
