Scuba gear bug #4361

Describe the bug 1.So I bought scuba gear for this treasure hunt thingy, I went down underwater until my oxygen levels were low (around 4). So I went back to the city to refill it and I couldn't. So I dropped that one that had level of 4, bought a new one at sports store, went back to the lighthouse and when I jumped back to the water with new scuba gear it had the same level in tank like the one that I dropped on the ground at Bay City.

  1. Also, I got disconnected in the middle of water due to high ping, had around 40% oxygen in tank at the time. When I get back to the city, I went underwater and it was back to 100%. Since this bug with shadowplay I didnt clip it as I forgot to run it again when I reconnected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour (1):

  1. Go to 'Sports store, buy scuba gear and dive"
  2. Do 'Deplete oxygen tank until some level but not fully'
  3. And also do 'Drop that one on the ground, buy new one from the store and dive with the new one.'
  4. See that you will have same level in the tank like you had on the one you dropped on the ground previously instead of having new one full.

Expected Behaviour If you drop almost depleted one to the ground and buy new one, expected is that new one is full (100% in tank).

Screenshots I wanted to clip this but since I forgot to restart shadow play I didn't manage to do it, now I cant fly back in the city due to FiveM issues but will try to test this out and clip it and post it here.

Additional context Regarding additional context, see under point 2 above with me getting disconnected from city due to ping issues and got my tank refilled out of nowhere when I got back.

Closing as 'wont fix' right now until item attributes are figured out, this requires an inventory UI rewrite which I'm sure @kissanealex doesn't want to think about right now.
