Lotto not paying out. #5209

Describe the bug Lotto hasn't payed any money from winnings

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Win money from lotto
  2. See error

Expected Behaviour Money to be payed into bank account

Were you in the server when it drew?

Were you on the same character or no?

You're providing nothing for me to work off besides 'it not work'.

I was in the server on my character with the lotto tickets. I had waited for the lotto to be drawn and never received the emails or the money, relogged and had the emails but no money.

Can you give me the time in which the lotto drew last so I can check I’m looking at the correct results, anyone for that matter.

Around 9:45 BST Started drawing at 9:45 idk when it finished

I believe lottery was drawn on Thursday, October 13 around like 4 or 5AM EST. Couple of us got emails from it saying we won, but haven't gotten paid yet (I put in compensation for this). Then after today's server restart (October 14th, 1PM EST) I got even more emails saying I won more money, but still no payout (added this info to the compensation).

Believe I have finally found the root cause of this issue.

Would I get the money now? I wanted to use it to modify my car for the car meet today

No, use compensation as expected.
