Require Whitelisted positions and jobs to spread out between all servers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. [Problem has been posted in many threads that there are no EMS or Police available on less populated servers]

Describe the feature you'd like [Have all whitelisted jobs and gangs require to spread out between all servers especially because when you have 4-5 Cops/EMS/Mech/D8/Gangs/etc on one server they should be spread out between the other servers as this doesn't allow for other players on the other servers to take advantage of the benefits that these positions hold and therefore its not fair unless you allow for some NPC or in-game ability

Describe alternatives you've considered [Allow you to go to an NPC and get work done on your car or have the wanted level and have NPC cops chase you and either capture you or kill you when your robbing etc or ability to call an EMS for assistance and revive when your dead because the other NPC decides to turn right into you etc.

For Taxi, you can call a taxi and have an NPC pick you up and drop you off as you pay as you do in the regular game

Have the ability to request a D8 agent for a property that's available for sale and if there is a property not whitelisted have the ability to build a queue for RL players to review and evaluate and build off the RP from there to get the person the house they want to buy from on the map

NPC gang members or safehouses that you can request drops to look pop up on the map and like the nightclub missions in GTA online it will prompt and all those with a dark net are made aware and are able to fight for it]

Additional context [This should be all disabled when a whitelisted RL individual "Punches into shift" or open more and hire more people and reply back to application status so people can improve their application and have an understanding what is expected that they may of not been aware of, or have the ability for whitelisted individuals to recruit and bring people in that they feel are good candidates for the position. ]

I hear ya but whats the point of RP server when theres a group of whitelisted positions in only 1 or 2 servers. Hire more people and respond to their applications or consider NPC options as there are very successfull servers out there with this feature. Jarrrk killing it with the development just saying to require whitelisted jobs to be spread out more or hire more RL peeps :) then we have no NPC envolvment. This may work once theres 64 peeople servers more people can get involved. but then you run into the same problem not enough whitelisted individuals to meet demand.

The only time you see cops stacking on a server is due to high crime rates and requesting backup.

The only time you see EMS stacking on a server is due to training as they are bringing in a lot of new people on a daily basis.

But in regards to spreading out, I think they do a find job at doing that already.

I'm going to assume you've not been around the cities for long, there has been over the last couple of months a massive drive in hiring for all the whitelisted roles.

More often than not if 2 cops clock into a city other roles typically follow, the experience is better not only for the cops but also for the players if it's a decent amount of good cops/EMS etc etc. Again when there is a few cops in a city players typically flock to those cities because they want to have cop based roleplay.

I agree with the comment above yours by @dudly66 having loads of NPC's would be so damn pointless of it being an RP server.

I understand where you are coming from - and as a Sgt of the PD, i can tell you that simply "forcing" people to join different servers is impossible and will just annoy everyone.

PD already is trying to only have 4 cops per server, but only takes a few gang fights or bank robberies/massive shootouts to completely ignore the 4 cop per server idea - and most of the time people just want to clock in with others just so it would be more better, no one wants to join a server and clock in alone if they could join another server with 2 cops clocked on already.

We are also actively working on getting more people recruited and trained so hopefully in the super near future you should see more PD presence across all servers :)

I hope we see this for all whitelisted jobs as I will say some feedback from those in server that have applied is that no one ever got back to me and or i would really like to do that job but no one avalaible to talk to me. I think at minimum communication goes a long way. How you all replied shows it helps to better understand why things are the way they are. Sharing this with the community helps like providing feedback.
