Sniper zoom in AIR 1 #5646

Describe the bug Unable to zoom in with snipers on the side of a helicopter

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Sit on the side of the black buzzard
  2. ADS
  3. Attempt to zoom in
  4. Conclude that it's not possible, stuck in fixed scope zoom

Additional context Issue persists since #4998 and #5055

Does base GTA allow this zoom functionality?

I've just tested unloading everything HighLife and the problem still persists.

Have been advised by Sergei and his research that it appears to be a GTA related issue - as regular online players are also having this issue.
