Grid Girl bricking start #5705

Describe the bug At the start of the race, the grid girl never did the countdown and went on the phone. This ended up making my car locked up like it would be "shop locked" at DW. Immobile.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Start Race
  2. Have grid girl get on the phone instead of counting down
  3. See error and have car be immobile
