Describe the bug
When trying to sell a stolen vehicle, not only does it say it is not possible to sell vehicles you don't own it also bans you for exploiting which i assume is a bug.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
lockpick civ vehicle
Drive to the place you sell cars
Attempt to sell said stolen car
Additional context
I have appealed the ban I got and am waiting to be unbanned, but thought id send in a bug report as I see this to be a bug that shouldn't be banning for.
